So shall I haze you again for having an avatar that is larger than the specified limits? And having asked you to change it already? My point being, blanket rules can sometimes just make things easier. I don't have the energy to just go round deleting stuff all the time, and people get irritated when you nag them.

Hm. Not saying you didn't, but I never saw that. I'd rather not have to... but if you feel that strongly about it, I'll change it, evan. Just for you.

I got the impression the 80x80px / 6kb rule was for uploading avatars. Maybe not?

Can't moderators help with that?

Nah, it's meant to be for all, but it doesn't work with the links. I would have to do some programming to fix it. We're planning on bringing in a 100x100 limit, so if you could just chop the egdes off that would be cool. Thanks buddy.

I suggest staples. But seriously, you will need to remove the web address from your avatar. Thanks.

So it's OK for bands but not a suport service promoting Dunedin music? I provide a (more than often free) service for local and touring bands and venues, providing good pics and exposure through the media!

Never said promoting yourself wasn't OK, we just ask that you keep it textual - in your signature if fine. We're not out to get you Roger!

i only just noticed my Inferno banner was "disappeared" today....bit bummed about that to be honest,

i thought with foums like this one there was an option for people to turn of sigs and avatars so not to drain their bandwidth? do this one not have that option?

Been on forums with pics in sigs... most of them get out of hand.
